How to become the kind of runner who knows EXACTLY what to do when life interrupts training... so your running routine can finally LAST and get incredible results.

You are the problem-solver in your world.

The person EVERYONE looks to when something goes wrong.

Whether it's a workplace crisis, a parenting decision you have to make on the fly, or being the friend everyone calls when they need advice, you've built your entire life around being someone people can count on.

You know how to support people.

You know how to solve problems.

You know how to keep life moving forward.

đŸ”„Â So why the F*CK is running the ONE place in your life where you STILL don't feel successful?

You love to run, in fact, you sign up for races, you show up on race day, and you KEEP telling yourself, "This will be the training cycle where everything clicks?"

And then work gets busy... the kids need you... you could NOT get to sleep by 9pm for that 5am run. LIFE HAPPENS.

And running starts to take a back seat... again.

✅Most runners know how to FOLLOW a training plan.

❌Very few know WHAT TO DO when life pulls them off the plan.

So let me me ask you something...

When your long run gets wiped out because your kid wakes up sick on Saturday morning

đŸ’„Do you actually know what you’re supposed to do with the rest of that upcoming training week to stay on track?

When you’ve missed 5 days of running because work exploded

đŸ’„Do you know what your very first run back should actually look like?

When your paces has felt like absolute trash for 3 weeks straight

đŸ’„Do you know if you’re losing fitness
 fatigued
 or simply overdue for recovery?

When life forces you to miss training

đŸ’„Do you know how to adapt your plan without feeling like you’ve completely ruined your progress???

^ It's OKAY if you don't have those answers.

I didn't either. I remember when I was a brand new teacher, commuting 45 mins each way, trying to cram 5 runs, 1 cross train day, and 1 half ass "lift" on a yoga mat at Planet Fitness (every. single. week.)

I was CONSTANTLY trying to cram all of that training in which only led me to missing half my training each week, having absolutely NO CLUE what to do about it. 😅😅😅

Did I need more time??? Should I have quit my job?? 🙃

Nope.

âžĄïž I had to build my training differently.

Because the truth is, like myself, I KNOW you DON'T want life to be less full.

You love your career, you VALUE being present for your family and friends, and you WANT to show up for your community and support those who count on you.

You don't have to choose between having a full life and becoming a stronger, healthier, lifelong runner.

YOU CAN HAVE BOTH.

But here is the problem...

❌You think the goal is one good training cycle.

Or finally having one racing season where everything clicks.

But one good training cycle only proves you CAN.

đŸ”„The real goal is being 45, 55, 65 and BEYOND...

đŸȘ©Still getting out the door.

đŸȘ©Still signing up for races.

đŸȘ©Still training through every busy season.

Every hard chapter and every version of your life that hasn't even happened yet.

So WHY does that feel so freaking impossible???

❌You've never strung together a season where life didn't knock you off course.

❌You've never gotten to experience what it feels like when running can ACTUALLY survive the mayhem instead of getting crushed by it.

💖You've never been taught how to support your running the way you support everything and everyone else.

So what happens instead?

You'll get back into running this fall.

Kids get sick.

Entire house gets sick.

Holidays arrive.

Winter comes.

Now you're rebuilding fitness you already worked so f*cking hard to earn.

Eventually...You stop signing up for races.

You stop seeing yourself as a runner.

You become someone who says:

"I used to run."

THAT'S NOT THE FUTURE I WANT FOR YOU.

That's exactly why I created The Consistency Classroom:

đŸ”„đŸ”„ This month, I'm going to teach you the EXACT 4 Pillars I coach my 1:1 athletes through so you know EXACTLY what to do when life interrupts training - and your running finally lasts.

Inside you will learn:

đŸȘ©The Reality Check Framework so the next time life completely blows up your training week, you’ll know exactly how to adjust instead of not knowing WTF to do.

đŸȘ©The Minimum for Maximum so you can make meaningful progress with the time you DO have, even during the busiest, messiest weeks (or seasons) of your life.

đŸȘ©Grace Over Guilt so you can stop sh*t talking your training progress and ACTUALLY start making progress with your running (even with that full, beautiful life you LOVE!).

đŸȘ©The Lifelong Runner so signing up for races, taking breaks, starting a family, raising kids, changing careers, aging and coming back after injury can ALL become chapters of your running story and NOT the reason any of it has to end.
