My mission is simple: to teach you (I am a high school health and PE teacher, too🙂), support you, and cheer for you louder than you’ve ever cheered for yourself… so you can run off (literally) with a training system that supports your life, your goals, and your long-term health.

Inside my coaching, we focus on every piece that matters for your performance - not *just* running. You'll get structure, strategy, and support for the mental and physical sides of training, because real progress happens when nothing is left untouched.
